Question: How to get the new interface for Google Mail

I have been a user of Google Apps since the beginning I think. I always was pretty satisfied with it, I find it much more convenient then to have my servers manage the emails of my company or my clients. Plus, the Gmail interface is very nice and so much better then any email client I used in the past (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).
